Dr. Asha Prasad is the author of Authentic Alignment: How Ancient Wisdom and Modern Science Can Revitalize Your Health, Happiness, and Potential. She is also a podcast host, personal and professional coach, and the creator of The Prasad Method™.

She attained her Bachelor of Science in Public Health Nutrition from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic at Life Chiropractic University.
